Emotional Resilience through Art

Adult life is hectic:

  • Discover the therapeutic benefits of using art in your daily life.
  • Learn and practice emotional regulation techniques utilising paint, ink, collage and other materials (provided).

The sessions will allow participants to learn more about themselves and support them in their journey of self discovery.

About our facilitator:

Sue Bourke has experience in education and disability and has completed one year of a Masters of Creative Arts Therapy. Sue will be harnessing the skills she has learned to support participants to use art therapeutically in their lives.
